I wanted to compete in the Skiffie Worlds rowing competition in June 22, but didn't know how I would get the strength back in time. Lyndsay helped me correct my mindset and attitude to stay positive about training, as the weeks went by, we built up the reps and weights with more targeted workouts for rowing strength and endurance that would see me through the races. Amazingly, and beyond expectation, by June 2022, only 7 months later, I went on to win 2 gold medals and our crews now have the prestigious title of "World Champions" not once, but twice. I could feel the strength and power on the day, and really pushed myself all the way to the end of each race. It wouldn't have been possible without the training that was expertly delivered.
