How Personal Training works

We start with a chat about what you want to achieve - you might want to get stronger, you might want to take part in an event or you might want help establishing a fitness routine. We spend time talking about this so I can understand what you want to get out of Personal Training and how best to work with you.

We then meet up outside for your sessions - each one will be different and pitched at a level to challenge you a little more every time and help you work towards your goals.

Train with friend or partner

Fancy training with a friend or partner or in a small group?

Training with others is fun, there’s the social aspect and a bit of friendly competition if that’s your thing.

Two-to-one and small group training works the same as one-to-one training with the sessions designed to help you work towards achieving your goals.
